Job Description

 
  Position Description 
 The Senior Instructor is responsible for curriculum development, training, and mentorship implementation. The Senior Instructor will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the training projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks. The Senior Instructor will be based in Africa and will be required to travel to remote sites throughout the region.
 
  Position Requirements 
 Three plus years of experience training foreign military training personnel in geographically diverse locations. Five years’ or NATO member military experience serving at the rank of O2 or above.
 Minimum two years serving overseas in a military or contract role.
 Minimum two years’ experience developing POI or course curricula. 
 DLPT 3/3 French preferred.
