Job Description

 
  Position Description 
 The Senior Instructor is responsible for curriculum development, training, and mentorship implementation. The Senior Instructor will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the training projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks. The Senior Instructor will be based in West Africa and will be required to travel to remote sites throughout the region.

  Position Requirements 
 2+ years of experience training foreign military training personnel in geographically diverse locations.
