Senior Instrument Engineer – Offshore Engineering & Modifications

Job Description

• Detailed design of instrumentation tasks
• Participate in studies
• Estimate instrumentation tasks
• Prepare job packages and follow up on deliveries
• Discipline check of design basis (studies, drawings, and job packages)
• Follow up with suppliers and hold package responsibility
• Participate in pre-test/FAT at the supplier
• Participate in inspections onshore/offshore
• Take training responsibilities for new engineers
• Perform as-built documentation

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation/Automation Hardware, alternatively Technical College degree with extensive experience in VEM
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore-related projects
• Strong experience in engineering design
• Proficiency in Norwegian or strong English skills, both spoken and written
