Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience in DTMF IVR development using Cisco CVP

Strong expertise in Cisco Call Studio, CVP VXML Server, and custom Java elements

Solid Java development with backend integrations (REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, SQL Server)

Experience with UCCE / ICM (routing scripts, DNIS, skill group queuing, CTI variables, Finesse)

Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat and IVR deployment architecture

Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills in complex IVR ecosystems
