Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Good frontend development experience using NextJS and TailwindCSS
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices
Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Familiarity with Git and version control best practices
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – any)
Knowledge of CI/CD processes, code reviews, testing methodologies, and CMMi best practices
Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in distributed systems
Experience with containerization and Kubernetes deployment is a plus
Good to Have
Team handling or technical leadership experience
Exposure to microservices architecture
Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage
