Our polyglot stack blends Node.js/Nest JS for product APIs and Python/Fast API for data and ML services, backed by Aurora Postgres (+pgvector) , Redis/SQS , Open Search , API Gateway , ECS/EKS , and S3.
Our competitive edge comes from institutionalizing AI-powered engineering — not as a customer-facing feature, but as an internal force multiplier. We embed AI agents and copilots into our SDLC to automate requirement-to-spec pipelines, code scaffolding, test generation, secure code reviews, migration playbooks, observability runbooks, and documentation — while ensuring SOC 2/GDPR compliance and tenant isolation (schema-per-tenant/RLS).
Role Description
As Full Stack Development Lead , you will be the technical backbone of the engineering team, leading the architecture, design, and full-stack development of our cloud-based Saa S platform.
