Alongside shaping impactful learning initiatives, you will also contribute to key People Experience efforts, supporting employee engagement, growth, and overall workplace experience.
What You’ll Do:
Drive impactful development initiatives, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution
Focus on building senior leadership capability and delivering scalable learning solutions
Run high-impact training programs for Managers
Oversee established development frameworks (Mentoring, Coaching, and Performance Management) to maximize impact
