Responsibilities
- Owning technical escalations and advanced troubleshooting for diverse client environments.
- Managing and configuring Microsoft 365, including Teams Voice, Intune, and Security Center.
- Working with Microsoft 365 add-ons like CheckPoint, SkyKick, and Inforcer.
- Leading network setups using Unifi
