Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex litigation matters across various forums, including High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with clients' commercial objectives and risk considerations. Oversee all aspects of dispute management, including pleadings, evidence, legal research, hearings, and case management.
