Senior Logistics Analyst (Vehicles)

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of vehicle transport companies, supporting Sales and dealer network operations.
• Manage dealer complaints related to damages and payments, including root‑cause analysis.
• Control logistics cost payments in alignment with Finance.
• Prepare and analyze logistics KPIs and operational reports (deliveries, damages, costs, service levels).
