Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations in logistics and warehouse to meet internal and external customer targets
- Drive logistics and warehouse excellence by implementing and improving KPI
- Optimize material flow for internal and external customers to achieve on‑time delivery 100%
- Improve just‑in‑time delivery by synchronizing project management, purchasing and supplier delivery schedule
- Train subordinates to improve quality of work and efficiency
- Reduce overall cost in logistics and warehouse department
- Analyze and reduce inventory by leading inter‑divisional teams to ensure material turnover rate according to company guidelines
