Business Growth and P&L Management: Develop and drive business growth and P&L for the Integrated Thermal Management System (ITMS) and Components (WaterPump, Valve with Manifold, etc.).Business Leadership and Relationship: Consolidate requirements to develop the product roadmap and pipeline for new business in consultation with engineering teams. Collaborate with project teams to execute the roadmap and plans for awarded programs. Establish and maintain a strong customer network. Regularly review with customers to ensure deliverables meet timelines and objectives.Customer Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Analyze both existing and new customer bases to develop business cases, understand purchase criteria, address customer pain points, create and deliver winning value, and identify customer expectations and decision-making factors.
