 In this role you will: Help stand up Enterprise Change Management CoE and help deliver and evolve the mandate which includes and is not limited to:

Help develop and maintain enterprise change management standards, governance and promote consistent application of standards:
 Support the creation and ongoing refinement of methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and toolkits.
Oversee the development of learning pathways and certification (internal and/or external) to build enterprise capability.
Drive alignment and scale enterprise change management best practices 

Scale change management capabilities through learning and practitioner support
 Partner with Learning and other internal change partners to design, develop and scale high impact change management tools, self-serve resources, and change management learning / training Engage external partners as needed to modernize practices (e.g., agility, huma...
