**Role Overview**
Sodexo is proud to partner with Keiser University's Flagship Campus in beautiful West Palm Beach, FL in the Ground Up Build for **_two_** 5-story student housing buildings. We need an experienced **Construction Project Manager-Superintendent to** LEAD the construction of TWO 5-story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories.Our professionally polished leader will partner with and oversee our Construction Manager. **Valid Driver's License with clear background is required.** **5-years of experience managing new construction projects of $30M or more in value preferred.** In this role, you will shape construction management capabilities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional project delivery for client.
