Roles and Responsibilities : Lead assembly engineering activities for aerospace structures, panels, fuselage assemblies, and composite assemblies. Ensure robust assembly process definition, producibility analysis, work instructions, and technical instructions aligned with customer drawings and specifications. Act as technical authority for assembly lines covering builds, integrations, kits, and AOG deliveries. Drive assembly industrialization for new and ongoing aerospace programs from bid stage to serial production. Support business development and estimation activities by providing accurate engineering inputs, cycle times, tooling feasibility, and cost drivers.
