About the Role
As a Senior Engineering Manager , you'll lead high‐performing engineering teams delivering scalable, secure, and high‐quality software aligned with business strategy. You'll be responsible for technical direction, execution, talent development, and fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This role partners closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to translate vision into actionable roadmaps while ensuring operational excellence and strong engineering standards.
What You'll Do
Lead multiple engineering teams delivering secure, scalable software products
Drive adoption of Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and test automation practices
Partner with Product and Architecture to define and execute technical roadmaps
Own engineering KPIs including velocity, quality, availability, and customer impact
