Senior Manager, Fleet IT Operations (Vancouver)

Full‑time on‑site position located in our downtown Vancouver, BC office.

Job Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the global Fleet IT operations function, setting priorities, defining service expectations, and driving operational performance across the Fleet IT function.
  • Oversee service performance, SLA/KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives for vessel IT services.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents, service risks, cross‑team operational issues, and vendor performance matters.
  • Lead and develop the Fleet IT management team while ensuring operational compliance with approved company policies, architecture standards, and security controls.
  • Define clear operating boundaries and collaboration models with Service Desk, Cyber/Infrastructure/Architecture, Application Support, and PMO.
