The successful candidate will design, facilitate, and manage programs throughout the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include creating high-quality onboarding processes, enhancing manager training, and ensuring effective ERG management. Your insights will foster a strong workplace culture while maximizing employee retention and productivity.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee global onboarding and engagement initiatives • Develop and refine program materials based on feedback • Coordinate with IT and compliance for onboarding success • Liaise with Employee Resource Groups for governance • Manage community initiatives and major events
