Hybrid (4 days/week in office) What You’ll Do

Lead & Oversee Platform Operations

– Ensure Oracle AML batches run smoothly, SLAs are met, and issues are quickly resolved. Optimize & Automate

– Drive automation of manual tasks, improve processes, and re-engineer Oracle batches in partnership with engineering teams. Incident Management

– Manage bridges during system incidents, coordinate responses, and ensure effective resolutions. Documentation & Testing

– Keep DR documentation current, plan and execute disaster recovery tests, and maintain runbooks. Strategic Delivery

– Plan and oversee infrastructure patches, environment changes, and production improvements. Collaboration & Mentorship

– Act as the EST point of contact for global vendor teams, mentor support staff, and promote best practices. Performance Tracking
