Overview

The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) plays a critical role in driving highly visible, enterprise-level transformation initiatives. By providing thought leadership and collaborating with senior leaders, the team contributes to strategic objectives and the clear path to execution excellence. The Senior Manager will lead the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory initiatives, enabling business-driven transformation through effective project governance and meaningful outcomes aligned with RBC’s long-term strategy.

Hybrid role – an expectation to work a minimum of 4 days in the office.
