The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing growth strategy, platform evolution, donor engagement, strategic partnerships, and innovative campaigns while remaining deeply connected to the children and communities the platform ultimately serves.
The role focuses on building relationships with institutions, corporates, and communities, strengthening platform engagement and sustainability, and ensuring that the needs of underserved communities remain at the heart of our growth and impact.
