Strategic Payroll Leadership
- Partner closely with the Vice President, Finance to drive the strategic, tactical, and operational direction of Payroll, including day‑to‑day management of departmental and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Identify payroll‑related opportunities and issues, proactively developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure recommendations and decisions are grounded in strong analytics, data, and business insights.
- Clearly define, communicate, and execute the pathway from strategy through implementation to successful delivery.
