Senior Manager, Presales BPO Solution Architect

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead the design, pricing, and presentation of end‑to‑end BPO managed services solutions, with a primary focus on Finance operations. This role partners closely with sales, commercial, and delivery teams to own solution architecture from discovery through contracting, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and commercially sound. This is a solution architecture role (not sales) and will support complex RFPs, client workshops, and multi‑deal pursuits.
