Senior Manager, Program Management – AI & Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Program Manager to act as a critical driver of RBC’s key strategic AI Programs.
What is the opportunity?
As a Sr. Manager within the RBC AI Group, you will be responsible for guiding and managing the end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale AI & Digital Transformation (ADT) programs within the bank. This role involves collaborating across cross‑functional teams and supporting functions. The program manager will work closely with the leadership and executive sponsors to ensure success of these strategic projects across the bank.
