Senior Manager - Real Estate Digital Assets & Transformation

Lead the company’s strategic move into real estate tokenization.

This role focuses on understanding the Pakistan Virtual Real Estate Authority (PVARA) framework, reviewing all applicable bylaws, and driving the application process for tokenized property projects.

The Senior Manager will also research international models to ensure the company adopts globally competitive practices.

Responsibilities

Regulatory & Compliance

• Conduct a thorough review of PVARA bylaws, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage the company’s application for property tokenization, ensuring full compliance.
• Act as the main liaison with PVARA, SECP, and any other regulatory bodies.

Research & Strategy

• Study global tokenization models (e.g., in the UAE, Singapore, USA, and EU) and advise on how these best practices can be adapted to Pakistan.
