- Coordinate shop-floor activities and guide colleagues
- Execute production and batch processes according to SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Document activities and perform quality checks
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team on complex manufacturing operations and processes
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
