A well-established manufacturing company in Oxford seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The successful candidate will develop and optimise processes, support new product introductions, and implement improvements in collaboration with design and production teams. This role requires a background in Mechanical or Production Engineering, with proven experience in lean manufacturing and a strong problem-solving skillset. Competitive salary between £45,000-50,000 per annum.
