**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Senior Material Data Master Operation Analyst you’ll be responsible for:
- Executing activities done by the MDM Operations team within all capabilities provided, including Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, point of contact for MDM CoE and business, issue solving (root cause analysis), and process performance monitoring.
- Maintaining Master Data following the data quality, controls, and compliance rules and regulations.
- Adhering to SLAs and reporting/escalating exceptions to the Operations domain Lead.
- Notifying business users on the status of requests (e.g., rejected requests and reasons).
- Conducting issue root cause analyses and acting as the IT touchpoint for system issue fixes.
