Senior MEP Commercial Manager
Data Centres 📍 Netherlands We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across the Netherlands. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of multiple mission-critical projects.

The Role
- Lead commercial management from tender through to final account
- Manage and mentor project commercial teams
- Oversee contracts, procurement, valuations, cash flow, and risk management
- Drive margin protection and commercial controls
- Support contract negotiations, dispute avoidance, and resolution
- Act as the key commercial interface with senior leadership and clients
- Proven experience in a Senior MEP Commercial Manager role
