Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Carrier/ISP liaison : Place orders, specify circuit details, and coordinate with carriers or internal teams for WAN circuit delivery.
- Portal navigation : Log into carrier portals, track orders, and manage workflows.
- Process management : Understand carrier processes and escalation paths for provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Circuit inventory management : Maintain accurate documentation and manage circuit inventory (critical responsibility).
- Project coordination : Apply project management skills to oversee timelines, deliverables, and escalations.
- Technical support : Provide technical input on WAN circuits; deep Cisco/IP expertise not required but solid networking knowledge is expected.
