Description:
Responsible for leading locomotive maintenance & operations of a world-class Locomotive Service Shop to drive business metrics & customer expectations. Provide leadership and operational guidance during the startup followed by ramp-up phase to ensure the Service Operations is ready to handle locomotives as per contractual milestones. Build a strong cross functional team of various team members and implement the maintenance playbook to drive a culture of quality, cost and safety amongst the workforce.
