Overview

The Operations Performance team, which is part of the Integrated Monitoring and Operational Performance Administrative Department, helps each of the Risk Management Executive Division’s operational control teams. The team is also responsible for practices related to managing issues and action plans in collaboration with various Desjardins stakeholders. As Senior Operational Risk Advisor, you assist the Risk Management Executive Division with operational risk management for their activities and contribute to various operational control initiatives. You make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity.
