Responsibilities
Oversee construction planning and execution efforts. Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings. Ensures all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery and customer escalations/queries Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes. Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment. Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders. Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated time Ensure all projects are handed over with highest quality as stipulated in SOP Ensures all work project management related SOPs are strictly adhered to Ensures all project management resources are well trained to handle their respective responsibilities.
