In this senior role, you'll report to the Manager of People & Culture Advisory & Operations. You will manage sensitive employee relations issues, coach leadership on people management, and ensure consistent HR practices organization-wide. Your expertise will promote effective strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
