Job Description :
• Responsible for setting up production schedule and plan for export monthly/weekly but separate by daily base on sale order.
• Work closely with other staff from different departments (maintenance, technical, production) on machineries capacity to calculate factory capacity and ensure it can adapt with sale order & customer requirements.
• Follow up with production to get actual capacity and make plan & implement – chase production schedule effectively.
• Work with Sales department to change sale order in case the capacity cannot match it.
• Make sure full information to produce the products are received on sales order by cordinating with head of production or technical to get advice about technical details.
• Distribute plan, assembled drawing packages and engineering-change-notices among departments.
