Job Responsibilities
Supporting the new project launch and continuous process improvements.Leading and supporting the problem-solving process to achieve quality targets (Rework, Scrap, FTT).Supporting to set up and implement the standardization in the production process. Leading the PFMEA team to assess the potential failure mode, review SOD scoring regularly, or once claim and NC from the process audit are happening take the actions to improve RPN. Driving the continuous improvement/kaizen culture & activity including cost reduction projects. Continually following up and ensuring that the policy deployment targets are achieved.
