Job Description
- Control production process parameters and take timely action in case of non-compliance with company standards.
- Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities through improved equipment efficiency and process optimization.
- Lead processes to eliminate production losses by applying problem-solving methodologies and process control tools.
- Optimize production planning to ensure effective manning levels and reduced format conversion times.
- Provide on-the-floor guidance, leadership, and coaching to line personnel to strengthen capabilities.
- Act as a process expert in troubleshooting and problem resolution on the shop floor.
- Fully apply the Integrated Manufacturing System (IMS) and company standards & policies.
