Description - External Responsible for SSIC/AP Px and others category procurement management. Manage transfer in/transfer out projects for the related category. Supplier relationship management for suppliers in own plant, take procurement engineer& supplier leader role when suppliers are across plants. Develop and execute procurement strategy and plans. Ensure supplier performance(SDPM/SOTD/Productivity etc). Participate in cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers to support operation strategy. Work with internal teams to deal with highlight supplier issues, like delivery, quality issues, etc. Evaluate suppliers' productivity, capacity, quality and supplier risk. Negotiate competitive commercial terms for material, fixed assets contracts. Develop and maintain systems to support procurement information needs. Support for plants need and QVE activities.
