Job Summary
Reporting to the Category Manager, Procurement and Supply Management (P&SM) of the locomotive’s category cluster, the Senior Procurement Specialist will support the development, analysis and execution of innovative procurement strategies that deliver sustainable enterprise value, including cost‑reduction targets. The specialist will also monitor contract delivery, capture financial savings through negotiation, and oversee supplier performance.
