This role is a Senior Product Manager - Customer experience (CX) role in the Smart Commerce team.
Amazon Smart Commerce is a comprehensive suite of Agentic solutions that helps D2C brands scale build and scale online commerce on their own websites and social media channels.
Senior Product Manager - Customer experience (CX) owns the core shopping platform which brands leverage to build their own websites which customers would love to shop on.
The key responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders across business & technology teams to formulate, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap tailored to the unique needs of online shoppers.
