What it's about
We are seeking an experienced professional whose time will be dedicated to managing the company secretarial requirements of the AIFM and overseeing operations of a portfolio of SPVs. The role is based in Luxembourg and requires a highly motivated and capable professional with a deep understanding of both practical governance and investment structures within private markets.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the companies comply with all legal and regulatory obligations in Luxembourg, supporting the board of directors and conducting officers in their governance responsibilities for alternative funds and management companies.

Organize and prepare director, shareholder and conducting officer meetings, including drafting board/committee minutes and shareholder/board resolutions.
