Reporting to the Director of the RBS office of SEER, the Employee Relations Manager is an integral part of the development and maintenance of employer relations for the RBS Office of Career Management.

This position is responsible for and not limited to the following:

Leads and supports employer initiatives and services to meet the recruitment needs of RBS students, including handling employer inquiries and providing strategy support to the Senior Director concerning employer development and relations.

Entails strategic and aggressive prospecting of new job leads to increase the pool of employers participating in recruitment programs.
