15+ years of experience in telecom delivery, with 7+ years leading large-scale transformation programs. Proven track record delivering complex, mission-critical telecom programs. Experience working with Tier-1 operators or large enterprise telecom environments. Strong background in network modernization, 4G/5G Core, cloud-native platforms, OSS/BSS, or IT transformation. Solid understanding of telecom architectures including Core, Cloud, IP, and OSS/BSS. Hands-on experience managing live network changes and high-risk migrations. Ability to engage credibly with architects, engineers, and vendor partners. Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong decision-making ability under pressure. Proven capability to lead large, diverse, and cross-cultural teams. Strong commercial mindset with effective negotiation skills.
