Patients Before Paperwork (Pb4P) is a multi-year initiative (FY23-28), announced as part of the governments health care plan, Your Health - A Plan for Connected and Convenient Care. It aims to equip frontline healthcare providers with secure digital solutions, replacing approximately 80% of fax use across high-priority clinical workflows (e.g., lab test orders, prescribing and refills, diagnostic imaging and other specialized services referrals) by fiscal year 2027-28.
