Position Summary
The (Senior) Program Manager – O&M is responsible for managing Service Lines/Programs within the organization. The successful (Senior) Program Manager will lead, direct, and manage the business activities of their assigned Service Line/Program to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. With an entrepreneurial spirit and vision, the Program Manager will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives.
