Senior Program Manager

Grupo Antolin seeks a Senior Program Manager for its automotive overhead systems programs in North America. The role is based in Toluca, Mexico, and reports to the Customer Account Manager while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet quality, cost, timing, profitability and regulatory targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain program engineering direction.
• Coordinate with the Customer Account Manager and other stakeholders, facilitating executive‑level interaction.
• Manage program schedules, monitoring progress through monthly reviews and gate activities.
• Initiate purchase orders for design/engineering work and cooperate with manufacturing engineering on design control activities.
• Oversee program budgeting at all cost center levels and monitor multi‑annual budget performance.
