Senior Project Manager – IT

Location: Surry Hills, Sydney

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a critical IT initiative for our China office, working from our Surry Hills location and partnering closely with offshore stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from planning through to go-live
• Manage Oracle configuration and customisation delivered by third-party vendors
• Coordinate internal IT teams, vendors, and China-based stakeholders
• Plan and oversee data migration activities, including testing and cutover
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget
• Provide clear project reporting and governance updates to senior stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Senior-level IT project management experience
