Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with AI experience to lead delivery of a multi-module B2B SaaS Agentic AI Platform. This role ensures predictable execution across AI products, coordinates engineering and stakeholders, and drives governance using AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Planning

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI platform modules and core services.
• Build integrated roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Run Agile ceremonies and track velocity and progress.

2. Governance

• Maintain a single source of truth in Confluence / SharePoint.
• Track decisions, risks, requirements, and project documentation.

3. Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Manage cross-team dependencies and escalation processes.
• Communicate with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reporting.
