Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead a large-scale, strategic technology transformation initiative within the long‑term healthcare sector. This highly visible project involves integrating and implementing multiple enterprise platforms, including HubSpot, Yardi, Mosino One, and TOSS. It brings together three core applications into a unified ecosystem that will deliver an industry‑leading, public‑facing digital experience.
