Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead a large-scale, strategic technology transformation initiative within the long‑term healthcare sector. This highly visible project involves integrating and implementing multiple enterprise platforms, including HubSpot, Yardi, Mosino One, and TOSS. It brings together three core applications into a unified ecosystem that will deliver an industry‑leading, public‑facing digital experience.
Reporting to the PMO and working closely with executive stakeholders, project sponsors, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams, the successful candidate will drive project delivery, ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, and maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
